Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services, and our other covered services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 10 below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Appointments can be booked by phone at (646) 370-5028 or by email at InquireTheRose@gmail.com. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
5. Health and Safety
We maintain a clean and safe environment and follow all local health and safety regulations. Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect their tattoo.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, graphics, and other creative elements used in providing the Services are the property of The Hidden Rose NYC or its artists and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Hidden Rose NYC shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, the Services, or from your reliance on any information provided by the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be at our studio and on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
